Payments:
Booking Fee (20%)
A booking fee of 20% of the total payment is due upon booking with Studio Arcady. The booking fee can be made via Check, Paypal (3% additional fee) or Credit Card through Square (3.5% additional fee). To offset the loss of revenue in the event of missed bookings due to cancellation, this payment is non-refundable. The booking fee is deducted from the total payment.
First Payment (60%)
The first payment of 60% is due no later than three days prior to your wedding day. With prior arrangement, this payment can be made on the day of your wedding via credit/debit card only.
Second Payment (20% + Additional Costs)
The second payment of 20% plus additional costs is due before you receive the final digital copies of your wedding films and/or non-watermarked photos. You will be able to see the wedding film and/or photos to request changes before making your second payment.
Additional Costs:
Travel
An additional fee of $45 will be charged for travel to any location throughout the Bay Area. For locations outside the Bay Area, an additional travel fee of $1 per mile will be added to the travel charge. If payment is required for parking at venues, an additional fee for parking will also be included in the second payment.
DVDs
Additional DVDs/Blu-Rays may be requested before the second payment is made. Additional DVDs/Blu-Rays are $45 each.
Raw Footage
A Hard drive with all of the raw footage of the wedding can be purchased for $150 before the second payment is made.
Projection:
For Same Day Edits, the projector and screen must be supplied by the Audio/Visual vendor.
